A glass hot Water
Three Piece of fermented lime
Let the fermented lime and ginger steep for 10 minutes and then put it in the fridge.
That's it.
The water begins to come alive, the fermented fruits release their active ingredients, their flavor, their vibrant energy. The result is fresh, slightly sour, with a gentle spice from the ginger. Refreshing like Sprite, but without sugar, without carbonation from a can, without feeling bad afterward.
And yes: You don't need mineral water.
If you like it a bit sweeter, add a splash of May spruce syrup.
