Fermented Orange: My Daily Ritual and a Recipe You'll Love
What does a fermented orange have to do with velvety-clear skin, a healthy liver, and the best muffin recipe of the year? More than you think. I'll share my daily...
Our goal is to save the last giant rainforest trees in Vietnam. Their nuts are valued by indigenous peoples for their content of minerals and trace elements. The precious wood of these trees is also highly sought after, which is why the trees are being cut down. We harvest the nuts to create a long-term economic reason to preserve these trees. An ancient folk song of the Edé tribe testifies to the importance of the Ko’Nia trees – and what would a song about the Ko’Nia be if there were no more Ko’Nia trees?
By purchasing these nuts, we save the survival of the Ko’Nia!
Ingredients: Wild rainforest almond* roasted 100%, pepper, salt
*harvested by indigenous peoples from sustainable wild collection, in harmony with Mother Earth
